Have a pretty daytime and make a alternative to think happy thoughts!
I know thatthinking happy thoughts will give me more energy, motivation and put a smile on my face. The afterward question then becomes - how do you change those thoughts. What follows are some ideas in regards to this:

Benefits of Thinking Happy Thoughts
1. It makes us feel good and gives us plenty of vigor.
2. It motivates us.
3. It puts a laugh aboard our face.
4. It develops self-confidence and we feel proud.
5. It creates commitment

We have a choice to either think about what is working bad in our lives or to think about what is going right in our lives. I have base that the most of the time our minds make the choice for us. This morn, as I was waking up, my idea started thinking about an upsetting situation that made me feel bad and took always my energy. After thinking about it for a while I realized either I could role play this situation in my head or I could think about something that puts a smile on my face. Making the choice to change my thinking took awhile,Jordan 13 Playoffs, yet slowly my thoughts started to change.

Why do we automatically start musing about upsetting thoughts instead of happy ones? In thinking this I came up with the emulating ideas:
Benefits of Thinking Upsetting Thoughts
1. Familiar consciousness.
2. Not having control over the outcome of the position, we start thinking about ways in which we tin be in control.
3. It feels good apt feel sorry as ourselves.
4. It gives us one pretext to procrastinate.
5. We are looking for sympathy from others.
We have a choice - both we can wade around feeling good alternatively we can try to think of ways to alteration a situation that has yet happened. Just for today,Jordan XI, which choice ambition you make?
1. Acknowledge the thought and while the thought stops, start thinking about something namely made you happy in the past.
2. While thinking the unhappy thought give yourself a big hug and mention out noisy, “I feel sorry for you and I love you.” Giving ourselves sympathy periodically makes us feel better.
3. Journal about the situation and think of ways you can let go of the negative thoughts.
4. Put a smile on your face while you are thinking - normally the negate thought will vanish!
5. For today,Jordan 5, don’t speak about your unhappy thoughts. Think about merely what makes you happy.
